This pup is sold as a dog of pet quality only. No promises are made on any show or
breeding abilities. Pup must be taken to a licensed veterinarian by the time the next shot is
due, or if complete within 1 week. If pup is being shipped pup will already be vet checked.
If a licensed veterinarian finds a congenital health problem with this pup, you must
notify M-R Bulldogs immediately. At this time, upon return of the pup and all
paperwork, along with written documentation from your vet, we will replace the
pup with one of equal value, or as soon as one becomes available. Buyer is aware
that seller assumes no responsibilities for any medical expenses incurred by buyer
for this pup.
We guarantee this pup until 1 year of age against hereditary defects, this guarantee
is contingent on proper vet care (with documentation), immunizations and feeding of this animal.
Buyer is aware that this pup should be fed a premium PUPPY food until 1 year of
age. We recommend and feed Royal Canin. We will not be responsible for health
problems due to overfeeding or feeding table food, causing obesity.
Buyer is not purchasing this pup for resale purposes. Seller will be notified if it is
necessary for this dog to change hands. M-R Bulldogs has the first right to have pup
back if there is no suitable home, Buyer __WILL NOT __take to a dog pound or
Rescue Group under any circumstances!!!!!!!!!!
IF THIS PUP DIES WITHIN 1 YEAR OF AGE BUYER IS AWARE A
NECROPSY HAS TO BE PERFORMED TO HAVE DOG REPLACED,
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS EXPENSE.
